Rev. William Malick
Founder and Executive Director of Fresh Start Churches
South Pacific Alliance District Superintendent
Bill Malick’s ministry track record includes leadership at various levels of the local church from youth to lead pastor to church redevelopment planting. The concentration of his work covers turn-around-church and church planting. For more than 20 years the focus has been on church planting training, leadership and visionary leadership development. In 1992, Bill founded the Church Multiplication Training Center and Church Planting BootCamp. The CMTC still exists today with many thousands of church planters have been trained across North, Central and South America. In 2002, Bill became the Church Multiplication Director for the South Pacific District of The C&MA and in 2008 the District Superintendent. During a portion of that time Bill served as the C&MA national director for church multiplication. Now, as a natural off-shoot of his district ministries, Bill has combined his district church redevelopment responsibilities with his years of exposure to redevelopment and planting in order to develop and offer training for working with the local church for a Fresh Start. Thus, the birth of the Fresh Start ministry bringing new beginnings to struggling and dying churches.
