Through the Fresh Start Exchange, Evaluation, Encounter, and Empowerment, we walk with churches on a journey toward fresh vision, restored hope, and a future filled with possibility.
① FRESH START EXCHANGE
The Fresh Start Exchange is a four-day event designed to help you catch a vision for renewal through the core markers of a healthy, life-giving church. Like conversations that begin in the front yard, this is where relationships form and curiosity is sparked. Through practical training and shared stories, you will be encouraged, equipped, and connected with others on the same journey. This experience is built for pastors, leaders, and boards who are ready to move forward and discover what God might have next for their church.
② FRESH START EVALUATION
The Fresh Start Evaluation is a tool designed to help you gain clear awareness of where your church is in its current life cycle. Just like honest conversations on the front porch, this is where reflection begins and important questions get asked. We encourage every church to take it. We also provide a pastoral evaluation for those who feel drawn to the challenge of church renewal and want to discover if they are the kind of leader who can help a congregation thrive again.
③ FRESH START ENCOUNTERS
Fresh Start Encounters is a two-day, on-site intensive designed to spark deeper conversations and align vision for the future. Like gathering in a living room, this experience invites trust, honesty, and shared vision. A member of our team joins you at your church to help guide honest dialogue with your board, staff, and key leaders. Together, we take time to answer questions, dream boldly, and identify clear next steps to move your church toward new life and lasting impact.
④ FRESH START EMPOWER
Fresh Start Empower is designed for churches ready to take the next step into the Fresh Start journey. Like sharing stories around the kitchen table or getting to work in the garage, this phase is about ongoing investment and action. We connect you with a Fresh Start Coach who will walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and support. We also help you discover a Fresh Start Partner Church that can pray with you, cheer you on, and walk the road with you. Along the way, you will gain access to practical tools like white papers, videos, and other helpful resources. If your church is ready for a new beginning, this is where it starts.
